Since House of Bass is located in Denmark, we adhere to Danish legislation. The terms and conditions therefore must be in Danish. But we have an English version below as well.

 


 

HANDELSBETINGELSER

 

Betaling
House of Bass modtager betaling med Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA og Mastercard. Betaling vil først blive trukket på din konto, når varen afsendes.

Alle beløb er i EUR og er incl. dansk moms (25%). Du kan dog skifte valuta til Danske Kroner, som automatisk er omregnet ud fra den til enhver tid aktuelle dagskurs.

House of Bass bruger en godkendt betalingsserver, der krypterer alle dine kortoplysninger med SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protokol. Det betyder, at man ikke kan aflæse dine informationer.

 

Levering
House of Bass leverer på alle hverdage med GLS eller DHL.

Ordrer indgået inden kl. 12.00 afsendes samme dag, hvis de er på lager.

Forsendelser laveres normalt indenfor 1-3 hverdage fra forsendelsesdatoen.

 

Reklamationsret
Der gives 2 års reklamationsret i henhold til købeloven. Vores reklamationsret gælder for fejl i materiale og/eller fabrikation.

Reklamationen gælder ikke fejl eller skader begået ved forkert betjening af produktet / ydelsen.

House of Bass vil dække returneringsomkostninger i et rimeligt omfang, hvilket som udgangspunkt er betaling af fragt den ene vej (retur til kunden).

Refusion
Hvis der er aftalt refusion, så bedes I sende jeres bankoplysninger, så vi kan overføre det aftalte beløb.

 

Fortrydelsesret
Der gives 14 dages fuld returret på varer købt i vores Webshop.
Perioden regnes fra den dag, hvor du modtager forsendelsen.

Returneringsomkostninger i forbindelse med brug af fortrydelsesretten skal du selv afholde, og den oprindelige fragtudgift refunderes ikke.

Fortrydelse skal anmeldes til os senest 14 efter købet og fra fortrydelsen skal I senest 14 dage efter returnere forsendelsen.

Meddelelsen skal gives pr. mail på return@houseofbass.dk. I meddelelsen skal du gøre os tydeligt opmærksom på, at du ønsker at udnytte din fortrydelsesret.

 

Varens stand, når du sender den retur
Du hæfter kun for eventuel forringelse af varens værdi, som skyldes anden håndtering, end hvad der er nødvendigt for at fastslå varens art, egenskaber og den måde, den fungerer på. Med andre ord – du kan prøve varen på samme måde, som hvis du prøvede den i en fysisk butik.

Hvis varen er prøvet udover, hvad der er beskrevet ovenfor, betragter vi den som brugt, hvilket betyder, at du ved fortrydelse af købet kun får en del eller intet af købsbeløbet retur, afhængig af varens handelsmæssige værdi.

For at modtage hele købsbeløbet retur må du altså gøre det samme, som man kan i en fysisk butik. Du må afprøve varen, men ikke tage den i egentlig brug.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment
House of Bass receive payments through VISA and Mastercard. The amount will not be withdrawn from your account until the order has been shipped to you.

All amounts are in EURO and includes Danish VAT (25%) as default. You can change the currency to DDK, SEK or NOK using the currency switcher in the right sidebar. The exchange rates are calculated automatically and based on today’s rate.

House of Bass uses an approved server for handling payments. All of your personal information is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.

 

Delivery
House of Bass orders are delivered on business days by GLS or DHL.

Ordrers placed before 1 pm (Central European Time) are shipped on the same day if in stock.

Normally, parcels are delivered within 2-5 business days (from the shipping date) if the delivery address is outside of Denmark.

 

Warranty
You have a 2-year warranty in accordance with Danish legislation. The warranty covers faulty products due to materials or manufacturing.

The warranty does not cover faults our damages caused by misuse or rough handling of the product.

We do not accept parcels to be paid for at delivery.

 

Reimbursement
If a reimbursement has been agreed upon, we need your bank account information (including IBAN number and SWIFT code) to be able to transfer the agreed amount.

 

Cancellation
You always have 14 days of cancellation in case you change your mind. The 14-day period begins the day you receive the parcel.

Additional shipping costs in connection with cancellation are not covered by House of Bass and the original shipping cost is not refunded.

Cancellations must be reported to us no later than 14 after the purchase and you must return the item within 14 days from the day you report the cancellation.

Report cancellation by email: return@houseofbass.dk. In the email you must state clearly that you want to use your right to cancel the purchase. You can also use our standard form and put it in the parcel when you return it to us.

Condition of the product upon cancellation
You are only responsible for any decrease in value of the product that may have been caused by handling in other ways than whet is necessary to determine the nature of the product, the features of the product and the way the product functions. In other words, you can try out the product as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the product has been used in other ways than what has been described in the above, we consider the product to be used, which means that if you choose to use the cancellation right, you will not get a full reimbursement. The amount/percentage depends on the trade value of the product in its current condition.

In short, to qualify for a full reimbursement, you can do what you could do in a store: Try the product, but not actually putting it to use.
